Your Mac is the only place your data lives.

Brisa measures disks, and to do that it looks inside folders that are yours. This is everything it does with what it sees.

Nothing leaves your Mac.

Brisa opens no network connections: no accounts, no analytics, no version check. Everything is computed inside your Mac. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on “Help improve Brisa”.

What it stores, and where.

It all lives in one folder, “~/Library/Application Support/Brisa/”: what was removed with its date, the cleanup history, your exclusions, and a sample of the Mac’s state from the last 24 hours.

What you can clear.

The history and the trash clear from inside the app, with a warning. To start over, the “--reset” command removes the automatic maintenance and every local file at once.

Permissions.

Brisa asks for nothing when it opens. Without Full Disk Access it measures everything except the protected folders; with it, it measures those too. And you can take it back whenever you want.

Mac status in Brisa: CPU, memory, disk, network, battery and temperature, live.

And this site.

This site is a folder of static files: no cookies, no analytics and no third-party requests.

Trademarks and sample data.

The screenshots come from Brisa’s real interface running on sample data: no one’s Mac. The application names shown belong to their owners.

Beta, no warranty.

Brisa is a beta handed out for testing: it comes as is, with no warranty of any kind, and it is ad-hoc signed. Do not use it as your only backup.

Who handles your data.

Who is responsible

The person responsible for this site is the one who signs the legal notice, and can be found at we.beyond.studio@gmail.com.

What data there is

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies: it collects nothing of yours. Your browser stores only the theme you pick. The provider hosting these files keeps the usual server logs —IP address, date and page requested—, solely to keep the site running.

How long it lasts, and who sees it

Server logs last as long as the hosting provider’s policy says; it acts as data processor. There are no transfers to third parties, no advertising and no transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights
