What is granted, and what is not.

Brisa is handed out free so you can try it. This is the fine print of that grant, with no surprises.

What you are granted

You can install and use Brisa on as many Macs as you like, and pass the file on, just as you downloaded it, to anyone who wants to try it. The licence is personal, free and non-exclusive.

What is not granted

It cannot be modified, decompiled, resold, rented or shipped as part of another product, and the authorship notices cannot be removed.

About your files

Brisa moves and deletes files: that is on whoever uses it. What it removes ends up in its trash; what you mark as permanent is deleted. Keep a copy of anything you cannot lose.

This is a beta

The version being handed out is in testing: it can change without notice, it can fail, and its local data can be lost between versions. It is not a finished product: no support and no promised dates.

No warranty

The program comes as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, the author is not liable for damage or data loss caused by its use.

When it ends

You can stop using it whenever you want: it uninstalls in two steps and leaves nothing behind. The licence ends if you break any of the points above.

How it is accepted

Downloading and using Brisa means accepting this. If any of it does not sit right with you, do not install it.
