What this site is
An informational page, to introduce Brisa and hand out its beta. It sells nothing, takes no payments, carries no third-party advertising, and collects no data from whoever visits it.
How it may be used
You can read it, link to it and quote it. What you cannot do is spoil it for everyone else: no taking the server down, no mass automated requests, and no copying the design and the words.
What belongs to whom
The name, the symbol, the words, the illustrations and the code of Brisa belong to its author. The logos of other programs shown in the screenshots belong to their owners.
What you can expect
This site is published to inform and is looked after, but no promise is made that it will always be available or free of errors. What you download here is software in testing, governed by its licence.
Which law applies
This notice is governed by Spanish law, and any disagreement will be settled by the courts that correspond to the author’s domicile.
